Plas Newydd was - and still is to this day - the home of the Marquess of Anglesey. The 1st Marquis was second in command to Wellington at the battle of Waterloo.

Together we can build a wonderful archives of these old images. If you have any old, vintage, historical, edwardian or victorian pictures of Plas Newydd, from the earliest days of photography, right up to the 1960's, then please do scan them for display and preservation on this site.
