Trearddur Bay is a delightful seaside holiday destination on the Isle of Anglesey.
It has a clean sandy beach, with a restaurant and two hotels
close by, and is extremely popular with the sailing fraternity.
Anglesey is awash with historical places to visit, and there is something of
interest for everyone.
Everyone that is familiar with Trearddur Bay will know of the eerie yet beautiful
'haunted house', purported to have been used in the film 'Wuthering
The house, finished in the early 1920's was built for a wealthy
english businessman, and was designed by the Irish architect
Frederick George Hicks. The house is now a Grade II listed building.
I took the images of the house below in 2013, and reproduced
in hdr, as lots of people ask
