Cardiff is the capital city of Wales. Cardiff was built up around the coal industry of the 19th century. Today it is a vibrant city, a friendly city, a cultural city, and a propsperous city, and at the heart of the city is Cardiff Castle.

Together we can build a wonderful archives of these old images. If you have any old, vintage, historical, edwardian or victorian pictures of Glamorgan / Sir Morgannwg, from the earliest days of photography, right up to the 1960's, then please do scan them for display and preservation on this site. Preferably either 1024 pixels in width, or for portrait style photographs 1024 pixels in height.
