Isle of Man, Onchan, Main Road, Alexander Nivison's Butcher Shop. Built circa 1905 by William John (Jack) Nivison (1875-1953) as a butcher shop for his brother Alexander Nivison (1867-1943). The property in question onsisted of the shop, living accommodation and stables. The stables and outbuildings were demolished in 1990.
