Kent, Blean Home Guard in 1941

The above image of Blean Home Guard was taken outside their armoury and drill hall, which was the improvised Town Hall - In 2009 just two of these men survived - Amos Anderson and Geoffrey Mason. This picture and the photographs in the left hand column are kindly shared with us from the extensive collection of Mr.Godfrey King of Blean.
