Glastonbury is best known these days for the annual festival, but it has many claims to fame. Here the first Christian Church in Britain was erected back in the first century. Legend has it that King Arthur is buried here. People travel great distances to see Glastonbury Tor. Endless reasons for a visit to this magical peaceful place.

If you have any old, historical, vintage, edwardian or victorian photographs of Somerset, from the earliest days of photography, right up to the 1960's, then please do scan them for display and preservation on this site.
